Designed to meet the dynamic needs of the express logistics sector, the facility integrates robust storage systems, water management infrastructure, and administrative spaces, all executed within a tightly managed timeline and strict safety benchmarks. The outcome is a future-ready warehousing complex supporting reliable, streamlined distribution throughout the region.
Scope of Work
Warehouse: Construction of a spacious, secure storage facility optimized for rapid inventory turnover and flexible logistics operations.
Dispatch Office: Creation of a modern dispatch and admin office, providing operational oversight and coordination for inbound and outbound shipments.
Underground Water Tank: Installation of a high-capacity water storage system, ensuring consistent supply for facility operations and emergency readiness.
Other Infrastructure Work: Execution of all supporting site infrastructure, including internal roads, drainage, utilities, and external lighting for seamless day-to-day activities.
Pump Room: Provision of a dedicated area for water management equipment, supporting efficient distribution and system maintenance.
