Scope of Work

• Earth Filling: Executed meticulous site grading and foundational earthworks to ensure uniform stability and longevity, critical for large-scale industrial construction.

• Road: Designed and built durable internal access roads to enable efficient vehicle movement, logistics operations, and seamless circulation across the facility.

• Compound Wall: Developed a secure, boundary-enforcing compound wall for optimal safety, site demarcation, and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Other Ancillary Buildings & Infrastructure Work: Delivered essential utility buildings and supporting infrastructure including service rooms, storage, drainage, and integrated utilities to ensure dependable and safe daily operations.

• Main Plant Building: Constructed the core manufacturing unit with strong structural integrity, adaptable for advanced automotive production workflows and future process enhancements.
