Our Chairman, Mr. Jatin Soni has gained rich experience in overall Construction Management by working with well-known organizations during a span of 22 years. During this journey he has handled a plethora of projects comprising of Indian and MNC clients. He is Engineering Graduate from M.S. University, Baroda. He has extensive knowledge and experience of the whole Project Management cycle which includes tendering, planning & scheduling, procurement, Site execution, manpower planning and management. His leadership and technical skills has helped the organization deliver the projects on time and with quality standards.

Our Director, Mr. Ronak Soni is a Civil Engineer and leads major decisions that has reformed vision of the company. Intellectual inputs are irrespective of age and that is what Mr. Ronak represents. The Flag-Carrier of Second generation in RBPL, Mr. Ronak has successfully led the project execution of many Indian and MNC clients. He has developed his skills in value engineering and overall project control. His technical and leadership skills has helped the organization in transforming the stance of all the business functions with modern approach.
